1. Customer service:
We are available by phone from Monday to Friday (except public holidays), between 09:00 and 15:00.

2.Registration:
Only companies with a tax number can register on the Website.
3.Order process:
Minimum order quantity is 6 pairs of shoes (the system does not accept smaller quantities)! Select the products, color and size that suit you, then add them to the cart. (If you cannot add it to the basket, it means that the selected product is not currently in our warehouse. Our online store always shows the current stock!) . You can proceed with the ordering process by clicking the "Next" button in the cart. Here you can change the personal data of your order and write your comments related to the order here, as well as enter the delivery address.
In all cases, our online store will send you an automatic confirmation e-mail. Regardless, it may be that your mail system puts it in the spam folder, it depends on the settings of your machine and mail system. If you cannot find the confirmation email, please be sure to check your Junk/Spam folder. If you did not receive the confirmation email, your order did not arrive due to an error. In this case, contact us by phone at 06 70 605 6846 or 06 70 605 6869.
4. Payment method:
Delivery by cash on delivery: We issue a cash on delivery invoice to our new registered customers for the first two purchases. The product will be delivered by the GLS courier service commissioned by us to the address specified by you, where the price of the product or products according to the invoice must be paid to the courier in cash or by bank card.
Deferred payment: In the case of additional purchases, we can offer a deferred payment of 15 to 30 days, depending on the order quantity and discussion.
Payment by bank transfer in advance: We will prepare your invoice and send it to you by e-mail., on this invoice you will find our account number and the additional data required for the transfer. When the transferred amount is credited to our bank account, we hand over the goods to the courier service.
5. Delivery conditions:
The shipping cost for 6 to 11 pairs is borne by the buyer, the amount of which is HUF 1,000 + VAT (for the entire package).
We ship 12 or more products for free.
With our foreign partners, the minimum purchase quantity and the delivery cost are determined by mutual agreement.
We are unable to undertake delivery at a specific time.
Orders received in our online store can be handed over to the GLS courier service within 1-3 working days from the confirmation - no later than 8 working days during holidays. They deliver the packages on working days between 08:00 and 17:00 (after GLS has received the goods from us, they will send a notification about the possible delivery time).

6. Defective or damaged product:
If the ordered product is damaged or defective, please contact our customer service immediately leoncomfortstep@gmail.com by e-mail or by phone at +36706056846 and +36706056869! Write a description of the product error in your letter. If you can, attach photos of both the product and the defect to your letter, so that our colleagues can immediately inspect and remedy the problem. If the product was indeed delivered faulty or damaged, we will of course replace it at our own expense, or if we are unable to replace it, we will refund the price.
7. Personal collection at our location:
For resellers, it is possible to pick it up in person at our location.

8. Warranty:
All our products come with the officially prescribed warranty period in Hungary! Please read carefully the warranty conditions contained in the General Terms and Conditions of the site, which you can find here:
9. Forgotten password:
If you have forgotten your password, you can request a new one under the "Request new password" menu item. The system will automatically send another one to the specified e-mail address within a few minutes. You can change the data later - after logging in - at any time in the menu items "Edit my account/data" or "Change address"
10.Other order methods:
.Our partners only a they can place an order in the online store, because there can accurately enter the data absolutely necessary for invoicing and delivery. No other order method is available.
11. Size selection:
To help you, you will find a sole length table for the selected product (you can find the sole length for the size in cm), which can greatly facilitate the selection of the right size for you.
